Welcome to Healdsburg 2040
Inspired by the Sustainable Design Assessment Team's (SDAT) visit to Healdsburg in August of 2018, four self-managed Work Groups were convened to consider, prioritize and advance the AIA’s recommendations. As the custodians of the SDAT Final Report, Healdsburg 2040 became a hub of activity for the one hundred twenty-five people (125) people interested in working on the SDAT focus areas. Those groups are Arts and Culture, Housing, Master Plan/General Plan and Parks and Connectivity.

In partnership with The Healdsburg Tribune, Healdsburg 2040 hosted a public forum with all candidates for the Healdsburg City Council.
The questions for the candidates were based on the SDAT report. We analyzed the report in depth, and in the Spring of 2019, and submitted a set of proposals to the City Council members for consideration in their strategic planning process.
Below is the link to The Healdsburg Tribune article providing a summary of the Candidate Forum, with quotes from all the candidates.
