Welcome to Healdsburg 2040
Inspired by the Sustainable Design Assessment Team's (SDAT) visit to Healdsburg in August of 2018, four self-
managed Work Groups were convened to consider, prioritize and advance the AIA’s recommendations. As the
custodians of the SDAT Final Report, Healdsburg 2040 became a hub of activity for the one hundred twenty-five
people (125) people interested in working on the SDAT focus areas. Those groups are Arts and Culture, Housing, Master Plan/General Plan and Parks and Connectivity.

Individuals participating in the H2040 Work Groups groups are engaged with the City’s development of Healdsburg’s 5 Year Strategic Plan, the Arts and Culture Master Plan, and a Parks and River Connectivity Master Plan. The Work Groups continue to discuss and focus on the future of the City of Healdsburg.
