Through the development and implementation of a new General Management Plan Re-imagine Healdsburg as a place for people, not cars! Connecting neighborhoods, services, schools & parks with bike and pedestrian friendly routes that are safe and accessible. Expanding connectivity to the Russian River including other regional transportation modalities (transit/foot/bike paths).
